#@SALUTATION@#,
On Monday, November 7, we will meet each other to talk about the meaning of work in 2030. Within PGGM, we are working on a plan called "Work in 2030" with our partner Future Proof.
As a part of this project, we would like to outline various perspectives on changes coming our way in the coming years. We mainly focus on these changes and their impact on work in 2030. Changes such as ageing, labour migration, climate change and technological innovations. What will these changes mean for PGGM Investment Management?
At the end of this year, we will have formulated a plan to determine what these changes mean for PGGM and how we will deal with them to be ready for work in 2030. Perspectives from outside the Netherlands are an essential addition to the analyses we are currently conducting and can help to shape the scope of our future plan. It would be great if we could have an online dialogue with you and HR professionals. We will discuss 4 topics during this dialogue session, of which we would like to learn your opinion. The topics are:
1. What are significant changes in the Asset Management Market, especially regarding pension funds?
2. How do we deal with societal changes, and what might be the long-term effect on our industry?
3. What are important changes regarding the relationship between employer and employee?
4. What (on an organizational level) are the three most important decisions we need to make?
Kind regards,
Jaap van Dam

Vision 2030
In the document ‘Vision 2030’, we answer the question: “What does the asset manager look like for the healthcare and welfare sector participants in 2030?” Of course, 2030 is far enough away to be able to think freely, and we allowed ourselves that extra while realizing it. Precisely this freedom of thought also led to the insight that we now have to change in several areas to be the trusted and natural party for participants in this sector to whom they entrust their pension investments. This Vision outlines this change.
