Dear reader,

On April 20th, our first Managers Kick-Off will take place. This session will be hosted as part of our change program, Let’s Change the Future! Additional sessions will be organized during the year, where every kick-off introduces a new theme. We want to inform and inspire you about how you, as a manager, can lead change and enable your team to realize our Strategy 2030. 

During our first session, we’ll talk about what it takes to move mountains together. We’re thrilled to announce that mountaineer Katja Staartjes, the first Dutch woman to have climbed Mount Everest, will take us on an expedition. What does moving mountains as an organization and as a team take? Additionally, we’ll dive into our change strategy models together and inform you about where we’re at on our journey towards becoming the best 3D investor for PFZW.
