Therefore, PFZW and PGGM have joined forces to formulate a joint strategic vision that responds to current changes and future demands. A key pillar in this strategy is transitioning from 2D to 3D investment, adding impact to risk and return requirements in 100% of our investment portfolio.
You all know, as the PGGM Investment Management chain, we face this massive transformation together. To make this happen, we’re rethinking how we work at five levels: how do we realize change in our investment, operating, people, client, and investment process (governance) models? One of the pivotal elements to make this transformation a success is our ability and willingness to change the future. That’s why we launch ‘Let’s Change the Future.’ This program aims to get everyone informed, inspired, and involved in PGGM IM’s transition in becoming the best 3D investor for PFZW.
During the Manager’s Kick-off on Thursday, April 20th, we will talk about what it takes to ‘move mountains together’ and share an update on each of the five models (Investment, Operating, People, Client & Governance Model). What are we aiming for? How do we organize peak performance? Where do we build our camps? And how can you, as a leader, lead this change and enable your team to realize our ambition?
