Within APG we discussed how we will work on our mission ‘Building your sustainable future together’ in the coming years.

To this end, we have drawn up a strategy for 2025, which we call the APG Strategy 2025. Our plans in the fields of strategy, sustainability, and positioning come together in this document. Most employees are familiar with the most important points of the strategy.

However, it turns out that many colleagues think the strategy is too abstract and experience trouble applying it to their work. This is particularly important in light of ‘the Pension of the Future’, the major change that APG is facing now. Therefore, this I-learning has been created. ‘I’ stands for me and thus what the strategy means to me (and how I can contribute to the strategy).

The purpose of this I-learning is to increase the knowledge of the strategy and to offer tools to discuss this with your manager and colleagues. In addition, this I-learning is also a good way to introduce new colleagues to the APG Strategy 2025.
