Leading 2030

What will the future demand from leadership?
Leadership is key, given all the challenges ahead towards 2030. PGGM has started the leadership development program Leading 2030.  

Leadership determines the course of PGGM, the culture, the willingness to change, the way of working together, and the people's and the organization's decisiveness. It is the most crucial success factor in realizing the 2030 vision and work in 2030. According to the employee satisfaction survey, leadership is the number one point for improvement within PGGM, followed at some distance by number 2: 'growth opportunities', one of the main benefits of good leadership. And so we're working on that now.
