Why focus on People & Culture?

The better we do our job and the better the work culture enables us to do so, the bigger the difference we make as APG. Especially with the changes coming our way in the coming years, it is important that we as an organization continue to reflect on our behavior. 

After all, we have to accelerate to meet legal deadlines and client and participant needs. But we cannot work more or harder, we are going to work smarter! In the next two years, we will therefore explicitly focus on:
