Why we do this

Work in 2030 will look very different from today. This is because in 2030, we will have many more pensioners, and technology and AI will have a considerable impact, leading to new ways of working. What about a different society in which sustainability and the environment are items of the highest priority?  

We are doing the 'work in 2030' project to better understand the changes coming our way as PGGM investment management. Where we as an organization want to be and how we will get there. To that end, we are conducting research, interviews, dialogue sessions, and a series of roundtable discussions to seek greater depth of what 'work' in 2030 might be.
