How to attend this online meeting
As we are living unusual times, this meeting will take place online. As our meeting starts at #$TIME$#, we advise you to log in 10-15 minutes before, to make sure we are all set to start together. Please follow these three steps to enter the meeting:

Chatham House rules
To create a safe and organized yet interactive setting, we use the ‘Chatham House Rules’ as guidelines in this event. This is relevant to ensure confidentiality of the discussion, which we need to create a safe environment in which everyone can speak their mind. The Chatham House Rules are as follows:
- Topics discussed during the meeting stay within the meeting, unless it is made clear in advance that something is intended for publication,
- Personal opinions are meant for the intimacy of the session. Only the participant can decide to express his or her opinion outside the meeting. Subsequently, there will be no quoting personal opinions of other participants than yourself,
- Quotes will only be published anonymously.
Meeting etiquette
We’d love the upcoming event to be interactive and lively. However, in our experience a videocall can also be too lively. Therefore, we have set the following house rules:
- Make sure your webcam or video equipment is enabled,
- When not speaking, ensure your mic is muted,
- Use the chat function to ask questions.
