Stopping criminals with HSBC
HSBC serves 39 million customers in over 67 countries. The bank was facing serious server capacity constraints, which prevented them to set up a consistent Anti Money Laundering program (AML). To solve this constraint HSBC partnered up with Google, who could make sure data was adequately encrypted for all legislations.

Helping Telenor to keep 180 million customers connected
This Norwegian multinational delivers services to 180 million people and has been leading the telecom industry into multiple innovations during its 160 years of existence. To turn data into value, it is key to be able to deliver new features and services in the short term. Telenor's move to Google Cloud allowed Telenor to create a standardized API solution.

With a total revenue of 36,5 billion, Metro is a major player in the B2B wholesale market. To achieve Metro’s goal of supporting entrepreneurs, a wide range of data is used. To collect, analyze and distribute this data Metro migrated its e-commerce platform to Google Cloud.

Google cloud-enabled new data entries to increase from 1.2 million monthly data entries to a staggering 54 million.
