What does the process look like?

After your respondents have received your Future Talent scan, they can give feedback for 2 weeks. It is advisable to inform your respondents that you are participating in the Future Talent scan and that you would appreciate it if they would help you. It is also good to tell them that they will receive an invitation from Future Talent scan with a link to your Future Talent Scan.

Your answers and those of your respondents together lead to your personal Future Talents report. You will receive this report one week after the scan closes.

What about anonymity, and who gets my report?

Respondents fill out the scan anonymously. Therefore, you cannot see who provided which answers. All feedback is processed by an external party, HR Data Drivers, into a report. They handle your data confidentially (Privacy Statement). You will receive the report at an email address of your choice, and you are the only one who can access the report with the results. You decide whom you share these results with and in what manner.

What can I do after receiving my report?

Once you have received your report, during this pilot, there are two options:


  1. You read your report and consider how you want to proceed. A small first step could be having a coffee with one of your respondents, or you can use it as input for your development discussion.
  2. You, along with your colleagues, reflect on the outcomes of your Future Talents Scan and how to address them in a Future Talents session. We are organizing this at the end of March.
