Innovation: How do I create an innovation culture?

Innovation Mindset is hard to enable

More and more insurance companies are realizing they must reinvent their strategies by infusing innovation into their DNA. Unlike startups that get to shape culture from scratch, established companies must transform existing norms, values, and assumptions in ways that inspire everyone to innovate — not just at the top of the organization, but at all levels.

It's important to bridge the collaboration and knowledge Gap between Business and IT. If the Business doesn’t know what's technologically possible and the IT lacks practical understanding of the business it's hard to find innovative solutions.

Google's Innovation Culture

You will find here eight principles of innovation and how we apply them inside Google. Furthermore we offer Innovation Labs to jointly create Innovations.
