What you can do in the field of diversity and inclusion within APG
Inclusion starts with you. You have a role. By deepening your interest in others and responding to them. But also by signaling non-diverse or non-inclusive behavior and passing it on to your manager and, if possible, doing something about it yourself. Here are a few examples of what you can do:
- Consciously work to be open to others and their ideas
- Watch the lecture by Antonia Forster: 'It is unnatural'.
- Schedule a session with your team to come up with next steps
- Get started with an e-learning in the field of diversity and inclusion in GoodHabitz
- Follow the training 'Unconscious Bias' (see ikleer@APG)
