2023 was a year of celebrating 5 years of partnership with Google, changing teams, new projects, new 'machines', and teamwork. At the team days, we will present some highlights from project, team, and individual perspectives. We will also spend some time looking towards 2024, with the first Q1 projects already kicking off soon.

    Our personal highlights

    From getting to know new people to securing new projects, it has been an eventful year. What have been our team's personal highlights?

      What did we learn as a team?

      Reflecting on the past year has made us realize the major steps we've taken in leveraging everyone's different roles and backgrounds. From design and concept to strategy or project management, we all have different strengths. This year has shown us some great examples of putting these different strengths to use. By doing so, it enables us to move mountains with a small team.

        Our team's plans for 2024

        Our main aim for 2024 is to further improve the synergy between our different team members. We'd like to become more aware of each member's strengths and apply these in the best way possible. As a metaphor, we envision our team all bringing different puzzle pieces to the table, enabling us to complete the entire puzzle only by working together.

          Our plans with Google for 2024

          A number of regions have already secured work for 2024, including DACH and Benelux. See below for an overview of some highlights for Q1. This results in the following roughly estimated workload for Q1 (just on currently secured projects):

          BLX innovation roadmap: 20 PM hours, 35 design hours
          BLX DACH Sovereignty: 240 PM hours, 20 design hours, 300 analyst hours
          EMEA partner marketing: 260 PM hours, 180 design hours
          Cloud Space: 80 PM hours, 640 tech hours, 272 design hours
