The Future Talent Scan is a 360° feedback survey that allows you to easily gather targeted feedback on the talents you wish to develop. 

We have selected 7 Future Talents that are relevant for PGGM employees for the execution of their work. Now and in the future. From the 7 Future Talents, you choose the 4 talents that you want to include in your Future Talent scan. Since you are participating in the I am Self Aware program, we pre-selected this talent. The choice for the other talents is yours. If you would like help with this, we have compiled a short test for you so that you can get a suggestion.

You may be curious about all 7, but a selection is necessary to ensure that your Future Talent Scan does not become too extensive. For each talent, we ask 10 to 12 questions.

In the Future Talent scan, you perform a self-evaluation and invite 7 to 10 others to provide feedback on the talents you have chosen. For each talent, you will receive approximately 10-12 closed questions and a number of open questions that will help you discover your strengths and areas for development.

Once you have chosen the 4 talents and specified your respondents, you and your respondents will receive an email from Future Talent scan. The Future Talent Scan will be open for 2 weeks. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at: futuretalents@factsforfigures.com. You will receive a printed copy of your report during the Purpose Walk.

From the 7 Future Talents, you choose the 4 talents that you want to include in your Future Talent scan. The choice is yours. If you need a little help, you can take the talent test. This test will give you a suggestion of which Future Talents are important to you.

If you click on the button below, a window will open with a number of choices. Go through all the choices and choose what feels best for you. Once you have completed the selection, the distribution of your talents will appear below, sorted from high to low.

These are the 7 talents you can choose from. After taking the test, the talents you prefer to develop will be listed at the top. We recommend choosing 4 for your Future Talent scan. Since you are participating in the I am Self Aware program, we pre-selected this talent. For the other talents you can select the top 3, but of course, you are in charge, so any combination is acceptable!


Once you are satisfied, you will need to submit a number of respondents. Finally, you can press the 'submit' button at the end of this page. Note: your choice will be final after submission!

Think about people from whom you believe you can receive valuable feedback. Who around you can provide a good reflection of yourself? Who sees you from a different perspective than you see yourself? Who might know you (in certain aspects) better than you know yourself? These are typically the people who can offer you interesting insights when they fill out your Future Talent Scan.

We recommend choosing respondents from different groups, such as:

1. Direct colleagues with whom you regularly collaborate
2. Your manager
3. Colleagues from other departments with whom you collaborate frequently
4. Private individuals who can speak to your working methods (e.g., former colleagues)

When you are happy with your selected talents, and you have provided at least 7 respondents, you can press the button below. By doing this, you will finalize your choices and we will start the process on our end.
