To offer you a safe environment in which everyone can speak their mind, a code of conduct has been drawn up. All participants agree to certain guidelines to ensure both external visibility, and confidentiality of the discussion. By participating, you agree to this follow this code:

  • What is discussed during the meeting stays within the meeting, unless it is made clear in advance that something is intended for publication
  • Personal opinions are meant for the intimacy of the session. Only the participant can decide to express his or her opinion outside of the meeting. Subsequently, there will be no quoting personal opinions of other participants than yourself
  • Quotes will only be published anonymously
